Welcome to the Double Take
A dialogue about design, work, and the spaces that bring them together.
We've always believed design is equal parts dialogue and discovery. We spend many (maybe too many?) hours thinking about our industry, looking for new designs, designers, and manufacturers, and collecting all our inspiration and insights.
That's why we're creating this little nook in your inbox. It's where you'll find workplace trends, new designs, and project highlights.
We promise to share only the good stuff and only message you when we do. So, without further fanfare, welcome. Here's what you can expect:

What happens when you combine a decade of interior architecture experience with an obsession for creating spaces that actually make people feel good? You get someone who sees furniture not just as objects, but as tools for transformation.
As a WELL AP and sustainability advocate, I've spent the last four years diving deep into the intersection of furniture design and environmental responsibility. My role as A+D Market Development Manager and Sustainability Lead means I'm constantly exploring one question: How can we create workplaces that nurture both people and the planet?
I believe the best designs engage all your senses—and that sustainability isn't just a buzzword, it's a necessity. Through this newsletter, I'm excited to pull back the curtain on the furniture world and share the insights that are shaping how we think about wellness, equity, and environmental impact in our everyday spaces.

With over 13 years of high-level business development and revenue-driving transactional sales experience, and nearly a decade deeply embedded in workplace strategy, I bring a unique, cross-functional lens to commercial real estate and its evolving role in the Bay Area. From partnering with local start-ups to aligning with Enterprise Fortune 100 giants, I've built my career on listening closely, solving creatively, and delivering consistently.
Now, as a steward and advocate for revitalizing San Francisco and the broader Bay Area, I'm channeling that expertise into conversations and actions that reshape how we think about space, work, and economic impact. This newsletter is my space to explore how efficient, people-first design and bold, strategic thinking can drive real estate forward—not just for profits, but for progress.
Whether it's leading-edge workplace models, regional revitalization efforts, or unconventional paths toward industry leadership, I'm here to challenge norms and spark ideas. Welcome to the conversation.
